* WHAT...Dangerous swimming conditions expected. Waves 3 to 5 feet
  may produce dangerous rip currents.

* WHERE...Charlevoix County.

* WHEN...From 2 PM EDT this afternoon through this evening.

* IMPACTS...A high swim risk means life threatening waves and
  currents are expected. Stay out of the water and stay away
  from dangerous areas like piers and breakwalls.
